Next week sees the best players in the world will head to the Austin Country Club for what is the only Match Play event on the PGA Tour Schedule.
The top 64 players in the world following last week’s Valspar Championship have all received invites to the tournament and have until Friday to confirm they will be playing.
If anybody drops out then the next players in line in the rankings will receive an invite.
Brooks Koepka looks to be the biggest name that is certain to miss out. He is still recovering from injury and is not expected to play.
Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth and Sergio Garcia are just a few of the players already confirmed to be in the field.
Shubhankar Sharma did just enough at last week’s Indian Open to sneak into the top 64.

The draw for the tournament will take place at the start of next week, with the 64 players being drawn into 16 groups before the winners of each group will head into a straight knockout.
