Jon Rahm is one of the brightest talents in the game and has been lighting up the world of golf since turning pro in 2016.
Now he has made an amazing pledge to help the victims of recent earthquakes in Mexico.
In a video posted on Twitter he announced that he would be donating money for every birdie or eagle made during this week’s WGC Mexico.
To support Mexico’s relief efforts, Rahm will donate $1,000 for every birdie and $3,000 for every eagle he records at Club de Golf Chapultepec.
The Mexican capital is still recovering from an earthquake in September that caused over $3billion of damage left 370 dead and over 6,000 injured.
The world number two posted a -4 67 in a first round that included six birdies. That will certainly help out the Red Cross.
He is on fire at the moment so he will almost certainly add to that over the next three days.
